The SQ27693 develops a high efficiency, peak current mode controlled, asynchronous step-down DC/DC converter capable of delivering 3.5A output current. The SQ27693 operates over a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 60V and integrates a main switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss.
The switching frequency is adjustable from 100kHz to 2.5MHz using an external resistor. And the SQ27693 features cycle by cycle peak current limit, UVLO, UVP, OVP and OTP protection.
The SQ27693 is available in SO8E package.
