The SY26715B is a high-voltage DC/DC switching regulator with on-chip Power Switch and Startup Circuits. The SY26715B is targeted for applications requiring up to 6W. The switching frequency is up to 1MHz. In addition, the SY26715B integrated input undervoltage and overvoltage detectors, cycle by cycle current limit and thermal shutdown to protect the convertor under fault conditions.
