    The SYS42V05SLD is a single-line, uni-directional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) designed to provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for various applications. The SYS42V05SLD is designed to protect sensitive semiconductor components from damage or upset due to electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other overcurrent transient events. It complies with IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) (±30kV air, ±30kV contact discharge), and IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) 165A (8/20μs) standards. 

    The SYS42V05SLD is available in a DFN1.6×1.0-2 package.
