The SY205237DVD is an ultra-low capacitance transient voltage suppressor (TVS) designed to provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for high-speed data interfaces.
With a typical capacitance of 0.35pF, the SY205237DVD is designed to protect parasitic-sensitive systems against overvoltage and overcurrent transient events. It complies with IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD), (±15kV air, ±15kV contact discharge), and IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) (7A, 8/20μs) standards.
Each SY205237DVD device can protect four high-speed data lines. Its ultra-low capacitance, ultra-small size, and high ESD robustness make the SY205237DVD ideal for high-speed data ports and high-frequency line applications. The low clamping voltage of the SY205237DVD guarantees minimum stress on the protected device.
The SY205237DVD is available in a compact DFN2.5×1.0-10 package.
