The SAT21S05DWD is an ultra-low capacitance, bi-directional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) designed to provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for high-speed data interfaces.
With a typical capacitance of 0.5pF, the device is designed to protect parasitic-sensitive systems against overvoltage and overcurrent transient events. It complies with IEC61000-4-2 (ESD) (±30kV air, ±30kV contact discharge) and IEC61000-4-5 (surge) (4.5A, 8/20μs) standards.
Each SAT21S05DWD device can protect one data line. It is available in a compact DFN1.0×0.6-2 package.
